How I Can Help

psychotherapy, mindfulness, and end-of-life support

Bringing together psychotherapy, mindfulness, and end-of-life support, I create spaces for honest reflection and gentle growth.

Sessions are confidential, online, and tailored to meet the realities—both ordinary and profound—of modern life.

Whether you're seeking guidance through transition or deepening everyday vitality, your journey is welcomed here.

Wherever you are—seeking insight, steadiness through change, or space to breathe—I meet you here.

My work weaves together three offerings, each distinct, all held with care. Additional professional and collaborative support is also available.

Psychotherapy

(Ontario Residents)

Therapy here is relational, attuned, and practical, a space for honest partnership and gentle discovery — whatever life brings.

Whether you are navigating change, seeking relief from mood or pain, or simply wanting to grow, our sessions offer confidential, accessible support where you can be truly seen and heard.

If you're longing to be truly met, I invite you to reach out and begin.

Note: Psychotherapy is available to clients who reside in Ontario, Canada.

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness can be a practical support as well as a path to deeper meaning—an approach that welcomes openness and honest self-discovery.

Coaching is a space to start or deepen your practice and to explore bringing mindfulness into daily life.

All levels of experience are welcome.

Note: Coaching and consultation do not include psychotherapy or any regulated clinical care.

End-of-Life & Spiritual Health

Meaningful Support for Medical Decision Making

With a background in hospital-based spiritual health, I provide non-affiliated, unbiased support for anyone navigating treatment and end-of-life planning.

Together we create a gentle, balanced space to explore longing, grief, meaning, and hope.

I welcome conversations about goals of care, MAID, VSED, natural dying, or palliative care—always grounded in ethical, trauma-sensitive practice.

This work may be offered as psychotherapy, coaching, or consultation depending on your location and needs.
