I’m So Glad You’re Here

Enthusiastic, experienced psychotherapist in her office preparing for an online therapy session

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in end-of-life support, MAID, and grief.

I offer psychotherapy to residents of Ontario, and mindfulness coaching internationally.

Drawing on years of hospital-based spiritual health experience and extensive meditation practice, I support individuals, families and care teams who are:

  • Navigating terminal illness, end-of-life care, MAID, and grief

  • Exploring ways of finding meaning and hope in everyday life

  • Deepening their capacity to be with emotional and physical discomfort

My clients value community and are inspired to make a positive difference—both in their own lives and the world around them.

Who I Work With

Close-up of various colorful flowers including pink, white, and cream blooms with green leaves.

I work with adults seeking ease, insight, and genuine connection—including caregivers, parents, young adults, and professionals navigating change, illness, or life's deepest questions.

Many who reach out are seeking wisdom, impact, and a sense of lightness amid life's complexity—hoping to be trusted guides, grounded caregivers, and joyful companions in a busy world.

As the need for open, trauma-informed support around MAID grows in Canada, I am committed to guiding families and professionals with both clinical knowledge and deep care.

How I Help

A woman writes in a notebook at a wooden table, with a yellow and gray vase and a potted orchid nearby.

Confidential online sessions—accessible wherever you are.

Support for individuals and families navigating change, caregiving, illness, loss, and end-of-life decisions.

Consultation for teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals who wish to share mindfulness safely and skillfully—even if they're new to mindfulness themselves.

Guidance on trauma sensitivity, ethical practice, consent, privacy, and knowing when to refer—so that those sharing mindfulness can do so with confidence and care.

Personalized help starting or deepening your own meditation practice to strengthen both your personal and professional life.

I draw on years of hospital and contemplative experience with a goal of offering grounded, thoughtful support tailored to your needs.
